Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Honey products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for honey under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Other Products)

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

  • To request a return, an unboxing video is compulsory.

  • The video must:

    • Clearly show the sealed package before opening

    • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts

    • Show the issue (damage/defect/wrong product) clearly

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Return Request Requirement

  • Before sending any product for return, customers must first raise a request via email.

  • Please send your return request to nativesoil.products@gmail.com with:

    • Your Order Number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video and supporting images

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Process

  1. Email your return request as mentioned above within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.

6. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

    • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
